Definitely the onset of night. I assume-perhaps- this is because it emulates the Autumn, when I was born, and feel at home. It is also the period when work is finished (in general) and rest begins, perhaps with the excitement of going out. So not so much night, more dusk.
If 24 Hours represented the star signs. Bearing in mind the clock should be divided Spring/Summer -Sunrise to Sunset and Autumn/Winter- Sunset to Sunrise, so in the summer time the signs of Spring/Summer would command more hours But for illustration, assuming its an Equinox so each sign is equally divided with 2 hours each;-
Spring (6 AM to 12 PM)
- Aries: 6 AM – 8 AM
- Taurus: 8 AM – 10 AM
- Gemini: 10 AM – 12 PM
Summer (12 PM to 6 PM)
- Cancer: 12 PM – 2 PM
- Leo: 2 PM – 4 PM
- Virgo: 4 PM – 6 PM
Autumn (6 PM to 12 AM)
- Libra: 6 PM – 8 PM
- Scorpio: 8 PM – 10 PM
- Sagittarius: 10 PM – 12 AM
Winter (12 AM to 6 AM)
- Capricorn: 12 AM – 2 AM
- Aquarius: 2 AM – 4 AM
- Pisces: 4 AM – 6 AM
The sun dips below the horizon as the equinox of autumn unfolds, my soul mirrored in the falling star of Libra. Just as the star balances in its fleeting arc, poised between heaven and earth, so too I navigate the fragile line between day and night, between striving and surrender.
In the fading light, the star whispers of harmony sought but never held, a fleeting perfection that glimmers only as it falls. Like the star, I feel the weight of decisions unmade- the scales of justice, balance in perpetual movement, paths untaken, and yet, in descent into the quiet of evening, I shine one last time. It is not the permanence of the star that gives beauty, but willingness to fall, to give itself to the twilight.
The equinox cradles the world in perfect balance for but a breath, that life itself is always submission to the moment of stillness. To linger too long in the light is to deny the pull of the night; to fall is to honour the rhythm of the cosmos. Star falls, the sun sets, breathes deeply, knowing the peace that waits in the dusk. I fall into the ocean , it offers no resistance and surrounds me, together we dance with the moon.
