What a concept! I already Ihave my mancave fitted with everything that occupies me, from music instruments/ recording and cabinets of curios, Vinyl records and of course Books. There’s not much else I would add if I had the room, but if I did have the room then I would have an array of Chemistry laboratory apparatus as a sort of art installation come Frankenstein’s mad laboratory theme. There would also be a powerful microscope and a telescope pointing outwards to the stars~ the optics corner.
A fine wine rack would sit in the dusty parts of the room.
I could probably add these anyway though my small mancave would be even more crammed and un-negotiable for visitors.
Ideally of course It, the study of my dream, would be in a once notorious chapel renowned throughout the land for scenes of horrific bloodlust orgies, black masses and foul deeds from the coven of witches who trespassed and then cuckooed their way onto the self same premises.
It would be a small chapel, fitted out of course with a wall of dark wood bookshelves hosting the finest bound volumes of esoteric, philosophical and Folk tales of the weird throughout history, all fist editions in mint condition.
The Room would have a Davenport writing desk and a comfy ’professor vintage’ reading chair. The curios in cabinets would trace the fetishes and occult regalia throughout history.
The roaring fireplace would be situated in a monumental reconstruction of Solomon’s temple as its fireplace.
The works of art, as little and sparse as they would be, for there would be far too many books, would be works depicting Persephone, Hecate, Aphrodite, Maat, Cleopatra, Countess Bathory and Anne Boleyn.
A humidor in a fine cabinet would host the most exquisite cigars in dedication and homage to Papa Legba. It would be surrounded by shelves of dried wild and medicinal herbs all in handmade elaborate glass jars.
The walls themselves would be panelled and one being a secret door leading to a basement which would be a temple of occult and secret ritual space.
In the corner of the room would stand a Victorian lamppost providing an eerie light throughout the space.
The whole area would smell of seasonal incense.
Finally my beloved statue of Lakshmi Goddess of the balance between this physical life and the spiritual. Between earthly desire and deliciousness and the higher spiritual maintenance of perfection and happiness without such trappings and to be accommodating to the needs of our fellow folk.
This whole chapel would sit on the edge of a liminal wooded area and just on the outskirts of archaeological significance being that it contains the standing stones of an unknown race of people who aligned the stone circle to the movements of the moon and Sirius.
A.I. cannot picture my perfect living space, because no algorithm is as perfect as the imagination of the mind;-

A gentleman below sitting in a well stocked library, there’s bound to be some prized and rare cognac in a small cubby hole somewhere;-

Personally an eclectic mancave well stocked with things to play with would suit someone with borderline ADHD or the curious natured wayfarer;-
